Educational and personal use

Loopquill is designed to support personal reference work and educational study. Producers and creators commonly use YouTube as a source of reference mixes, drum breaks, and instructional content. Loopquill provides a tool for that workflow.

The tool is not intended for and must not be used to infringe copyright, distribute protected content, or circumvent YouTube's own terms of service. Accessing content you do not have the right to download — or using downloaded files in ways not covered by fair use or explicit permission — is the sole responsibility of the user.

No liability for misuse

Loopquill and its operators are not liable for how downloaded files are used after they leave the tool. Any copyright claims, takedown notices, or legal consequences arising from misuse of downloaded content are the responsibility of the user who initiated the download.

If you are unsure whether your intended use of a downloaded file is lawful, consult the rights holder or a legal professional before proceeding.

No affiliation with YouTube or Google

Loopquill is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated in partnership with YouTube, Google LLC, or any of their subsidiaries. YouTube and the YouTube logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

No guarantee of availability or fidelity

Loopquill depends on third-party services and APIs that may change without notice. Format availability, output quality, and service uptime are not guaranteed. The tool is provided without warranty of any kind. See the Terms of service for the full limitation-of-liability statement.

Third-party content

Videos and audio available through YouTube are the property of their respective creators and rights holders. Loopquill does not host, cache, or store any third-party media content. Files are pulled directly to your device.
